Preparing your business for sale

The Process

2 Choose your consultancy package. Once you have chosen to work with us we offer a number of consultancy packages which are outlined below.
3 Full Evaluation. Once you have chosen your consultancy package we will conduct a comprehensive study of your business, the market and its future potential.
4 Action Plan. We will work with you to produce a plan that prepares your business for sale.
5 Implementation. We can work with you to implement the plan or leave it to you.
6 Sell the business. With the plan in place you are now ready to sell your business. The selling process can, in some cases take a few years. If you require support though this, we can further support you though your journey.
